Most of the clothing fits true to size, there are some items that run smaller or larger than others. If this is the case, be sure to check the product description. Model always wear small unless noted in the product description.

Refund Policy 

At this time due to Covid-19 SMarieCouture does not allow returns, refunds or exchanges. Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled. All sales are final.

Shipping Policy 

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for order processing and up to 3-6 business days for your order to arrive via usps standard shipping.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail to corresponding e-mail address used upon checkout.

Please keep in mind orders are processed as quickly as possible. 

Due to COVID-19 items may take up to 2 business days longer.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Smarie Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
