Shipping policy

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for order processing and up to 3-6 business days for your order to arrive via usps standard shipping.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail to corresponding e-mail address used upon checkout.

Please keep in mind orders are processed as quickly as possible. 

Due to COVID-19 items may take up to 2 business days longer.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Smarie Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

International Shipping

We do not offer International Shipping at this time.
